Solar co-operative seeks investors

On September 2 2011, The Guelph Mercury wrote:

"We've been looking at setting up a solar co-op with the intention of allowing Guelph residents to become a part of green energy, without having the right roof and all the money to put in their own personal FIT system," said Guelph Solar board member Ricardo Ramirez.

"The idea is, if you are interested in solar, this is community ownership as opposed to green energy by large corporations."
